A 60 year old female with history of chronic smoking, unhealthy eating habits, and who is currently on insulin injections comes into the ER with extreme chest pain that is radiating down her left arm. What could be happening, and what is the most likely cause?Possible venomous snake bite to left arm causing the pain, and triggering a heart attack.
