87-year-old female with fracture or the shaft of the right femur. She was walking when she heard a pop and the bone was deformed. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital. The x-rays confirmed a lesion on the bone probably secondary to metastasis from her breast cancer. She had a history of chemotherapy and radiation.
