Upon examination, there are orthodontic brackets installed. When asked, patient revealed he had his orthodontic braces installed due to online offers. This is the first time that the patient visited a dentist; Patient also stated to have no dental problems prior to the visit. Patient Has no history of any substance abuse or systemic diseases.
