A 78 year-old man presents for a follow-up on HTN, type 2 DM, and dyslipidemia. His current medications include atorvastatin, telminsartan, hydrochlorothiazide, glipzide, and metformin. For the past week, he has been using over-the-counter medications that claim to "dry running nose and relieve cough and body aches" for the treatment of URI symptoms. He reports that he now has difficulty with voiding, a dry mouth and feels unusually "groggy" upon AM wakening. These symptoms are most likely a result of:
