Step Three: Create a voice-over power point presentation of at least 8 slides (not counting title and reference slide) which explains the background, the use, and the contents of the "Notice of Privacy Practices" and "Patient Rights". Be sure that your power point is audience ready, understandable, and readable (no smaller than 24 point font, no more than 7 words in a line and 7 lines on a slide).
