Many companies clearly make a serious effort to globalise their brand to overcome local competition and create new opportunities. The decision to globalise is intuitively logical, however these global companies frequently failed to achieve their expected performance goals. One of the reasons is because of the lack of understanding of the cultural differences of the host countries and their customers (Hur, Kang & Kim, 2015).

Based on the THREE (3) descriptions given below, suggest the most appropriate cultural dimension for each of the description. Name a country from the Hofstede's Model of National Culture and discuss the differences between the high and low level of each cultural dimension at workplaces.
