You are a manager at a high-rise office building of twenty-five stories and with over 200 tenants (companies and organizations). All lease state that the building must provide an interior temperature of 72 degrees, plus or minus 2 degrees. How can the FM use the four elements of TQM (Kaisen, atarimae hinshitsu, mirykuteki, and kansei) to meet the requirements of the lease and to go beyond lease requirements? It is always appropriate to provide a 72 degree space temperature.
