Sarah is the owner of an upscale grocery store with 4 locations. Her stores are known for their high level of customer service and happy employees. She wants to be able to pay her employees better, and increase his minimum wage to $15/hr. However, with the recent arrival of a big-box mega-store in her city, she worries that she will start losing customers and won’t be able to afford the increase.
