I need to pick a major US City (population>1 million) that does not currently have an NFL team and examine the feasibility of putting a new expansion team in that market (you can’t use St. Louis or San Diego either). The goal should be to make a strong case as to why an NFL franchise could or would be successful in this city. centering largely on market demand. This should consist of secondary research only and will largely stem on comparables analysis. Remember this team will need a place to play, it is doubtful that my market has a suitable venue for an NFL team. Components: Find the information required to assess each of the following areas. analysis of the information is very important here. Make case by comparing city’s information with other NFL markets.

1. Individual ticket demand: -Population,  Age, Household Income,  Retail Spending, High Income households, Population per sport franchise

2. Corporate Demand: Corporate depth, Corporate depth per franchise. Any other factors you think would help make a case for your city

3. Event Activity: How many events could you expect to be held at this stadium? What other competition (i.e. other venues) might be expected in the area?

4. Facility Specs: Based off of analyses above, what kind of facility should be built. Seating capacity, Suite/club seat inventory.
