Review once a year and get a check off list with proof that the following have been carried out before person/s can drive . Risk 3 (3rd highest risk value) aggressive and abusing behaviour during inspection by reducing risks by implementing a buddy system, monitoring workers regularly by phone and have emergency response plan workers fail to report in at an agreed time/s. Make a report of tenants past and present tenants that are or have been aggressive or abusive this way a plan can be put in place to stop this from happening further. i hve done 2 and tree is this correct.
