In late-October, Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson announced a partnership for the Indian market. As part of the deal, Hero MotoCorp will develop and sell a range of premium motorcycles under the Harley-Davidson brand name in the country. Besides, it will take care of service and parts requirements for Harley bikes. You are the leader of this collaboration.

i) Should the employees in this partnership be encouraged to work in teams or individually? Give your views.

ii) Ram is a Harley Davidson employee and thinks very highly of himself since he is an employee of such a big brand. He looks down upon the Hero employees as he believes it is a lower brand. This may not be good for the effectiveness of this collaboration. How will you deal with Ram's Deviant Behaviour?
