Ms. Hernandez has been visibly active in the unit's communal spaces. She was needy and demanding, for outrageous request of Coke from the vending machine. She was redirected and was later seen walking along the unit hallways, interacting with peers and staff members, she also participates in group activities and outside for fresh air break. there have been no reports of any other dangerous behaviors. The nursing team will continue to closely monitor her well-being and attend to her needs during this shift.
