Healthcare premium should pay an affordable co-pay

Access to health care to me is the ease of how an individual can obtain medical services. I think that healthcare services should be a right to everyone no one should be turned away from treatment, I also think that those who are physical and able to work and really can't afford a high healthcare premium should pay an affordable co-pay.
