Question 

A healthcare facility designed a new software system that allowed nurses and dieticians to enter diet orders and change them in the health information technology platform. The nurses and dieticians received instruction once platform went live to ensure they felt comfortable navigating the system. Although the dieticians were happy with the new system, the nurses complained that it took them longer to change orders. The nurses are less efficient with tasks using the new system due to having more extensive information that requires input.
