Complete first portion and Title: Health Information Apps and Legal Considerations 
1. Complete an internet search of authorization forms or collect authorization forms from a healthcare setting. Then provide a one-page summary of trends that you identify with the authorization forms. Based on your findings, explain how information systems can help facilitate the collection of data for release of information, in order to comply with accrediting bodies, third-party payors, and state and federal requirements. 
2. Using the following websites of real world cases, identify health care related legal cases for review. These sites provide access to the full case study along with recommendations for risk management based on the findings of the case. After reviewing at least two cases, provide a one-page comparative summary of the similarities and differences in the risks and barriers identified in the cases. Also discuss recommendations for risk management based on the findings. How did/would an EHR contribute to or help mitigate risks? The following needs to be addressed with above questions: 
1. Complete lab exercises and provide a summary of summary of trends identified in authorization forms. 
2. Explains how information systems can help facilitate the collection of data for release of information, in order to comply with accrediting bodies, third-party payors, and state and federal requirements. 
3. Provide a comparative summary of the similarities and differences in the risks and barriers identified in two cases. Discuss recommendations for risk management based on the findings and how an EHR contributes to or helps mitigate risks. 
4. Summary needs to be at least one page in length and the references, if used, are in APA format. 


Once the above is completed – 
Complete the following with the title Security & Risk for Health Information Systems in Health care 
Based on your chosen EHR for your facility, develop the following security tools to reinforce maintenance activities ((See attachment for Maintenance information)). Then construct an outline for an organizational security plan. Specifically address your plan to maintain data integrity. To conclude your security plan, create a contingency summary that includes a recovery and risk management outline. 
1. Checklist for the maintenance of equipment 
2. Checklist for security threats 
3. List of common ways to minimize risk 
4. Risk Analysis Form 
This summary should be at least four pages in length (including your security tools), and it should include any references that were used in APA format. 
The following needs to be included:
