Question

Mrs. Salazar bring her baby to health center for the third dose of immunization three weeks earlier from the schedule date because they are going abroad and will return only to the country after a month. The nurse tells to Mrs. Salazar that A.it is alright for the third immunization to be delayed for a week anyway lengthening the interval between doses of vaccines leads to higher antibody levels. B.it is good that she brought her baby for immunization because delaying the last dose will reduce it effectively. C.it is alright not to immunize her child today anyway they can always restart immunization to ensure complete protection from diphtheria, tetanus, and pertusis once they are back. the health center cannot give immunization that is not scheduled but they can always go to private practitioner for immunization anytime.
