A resident lives in a log-term care facility and has Haw River syndrome or disease. His health has been declining over the last year. A sister dies in the beginning of the last year and the mother die in October of last year. He had a very close relationship with his mother who uses to visit him regularly. However, the sister who is the guardian and family has not told him that either his sister or mother has died.

At times causing him to get sick, although his body is physically failing and he can verbalize as use too, he still can comprehend conversations. According to Seedhouse, (2009) an organization has to be ethics and health care are inextricably bound together and creates a firm theoretical basis for practical decision-making.
Family Point of view: One sister is the legal guardian. They fill that if they tell him about his mother or sister that he will get much sicker than he is and as a family have decide not to, although they told the Health care organization that as a family they would discuss it.
