Identify an electronic a PHR (Personal Health Records) that you will populate. Ideally, you should use one that has some intrinsic value for you. For example, the one from your own insurance company would be good. In paragraph form, describe how you went about identifying and selecting the PHR you populated with personal data. After selecting a PHR, time how long it took you to populate the record with your basic information. Report how long it took and describe any problems you encountered or features that facilitated the process. Evaluate the website itself. Were you satisfied with the security? Was there some way to contact the people responsible for the site; usually an email address, sometimes a phone number and street address, too? Did the pages within the website look similar: they may have the same background color, or there will be the same logo on every page? Were pages within the website link back to the home page, and to elsewhere in the site? Did pages self-populate with information from other areas? Would you recommend the PHR you used to your friends and relatives? Why or why not? Was there another PHR you considered that you wish you had used instead. If yes, please identify the site and briefly tell why, in retrospect, you thought it might be better. Would the site you selected be good for an elderly relative, a family, or someone not as computer ‘savvy’ as you are? How likely are you to use the PHR two or six months from now?
