On February 23, 2013 the Health and Homeland Security Committee of the National Governor's Association heard testimony from a group of cybersecurity experts. Keep good notes as you watch the testimony so you may properly attribute ideas and statements to the correct witness.

You may skip the first section about the public safety broadband network for first responders which occurs approximately minutes 2-21. This initiative was dropped and is not relevant to our conversations.
Watch this hearing an write a 1200 word summary of the testimony. Although this paper will be longer than a typical chapter summary, react to the testimony using the normal (general summary, positive summary, negative summary) criteria.
- A general summary containing an overview of the topics covered including the things you feel are most important.
- A positive summary containing reaction the things you found most useful, that made sense,etc
- A negative summary containing a reaction to the things you found most confusing, appear to lack purpose, etc.
Combined these should be somewhere around 1200 words.
Use the standard MLA format as described in the Writer's Harbrace Handbook (1" margins, double spaced, name with page numbers etc, use 14 point font instead of the standard 12 pt). Include your works cited appropriately. Given the single source video format, you may simplify citations by referencing the speaker. For example.
