3. What is your evaluation of IRIDIUM's organizational design? What changes would you have made to increase the probability of a successful outcome?

4. What strategic choices could have Iridium's management made that would have changed its trajectory. Be very specific in terms of what the choices should have been, who should have made them, and when.

5. Was Iridium a failure for Motorola? Why or why not.
