Question

Having been in Belize with a new business acquisition, I saw firsthand the importance of the supply chain. Things we take for granted in the USA are difficult to obtain there. A forecasting method must be put into place to ensure critical products are in inventory when needed. How would you suggest we make a steady supply chain?
