Question: When working on a team project at school or work, someone on the team isn't doing his or her part of the work. This person doesn't contribute much in discussions and it appears that he or she is not doing much outside of the team meetings to contribute to the work of the team. If you are the team leader, how do you handle this situation? Do you talk to the person about his or her participation? If so, do you do it in front of the team, or in private?
