She immediately called the police and claimed that it must have been one of Restaurant's employees. When the police officer refused to perform a strip search at Assistant Manager's request and left, Assistant Manager ordered her own strip search, telling all the employees that none of them would be allowed tp leave until they complied. The employees were taken into restrooms where they forced to remove various articles of clothing in front of assistant manager. Have employees been falsely imprisoned?
