Assessment Description -

Reflection - Write a 1000 word report, referencing the specific learnings from this subject, and how they have influenced them from a professional, as well as a personal fashion. Students should take in to account the forum questions we have posed in this session, as well as the context and information from the other assessment work they have submitted in the unit. Students should be able to incorporate current events, and changes in the Hospitality sector landscape when making their answers.

Content and Structure: This is a word response of 1000 words each forum and at least 2 x 50-word replies. You need to support your answer theoretically from the materials provided from the corresponding weeks as well as from the corresponding chapters in your textbook.

Research expectation:

The submission needs to be supported with information by credible sources.

Credible sources should be varied and include, but not limited to, the Textbook, Government reports, Industry reports, Newspaper articles, Books, and Journal articles.
