Question - Rodney asks Lindsey to loan him fifteen thousand dollars so that he can make a balloon payment due on his mortgage. Lindsey refuses. Rodney thereafter threatens to expose Lindsey's drug trafficking if she doesn't loan him the money. Lindsey gives Rodney the money and he pays his mortgage. He then makes a $250 payment back to Lindsey and tells her that he will pay her monthly until he returns the fifteen thousand dollars. Has Rodney committed a crime?
