For this discussion assignment, you will need to conduct a little external research. For this assignment, you should conduct external research on the TOR network and sites such as the Silkroad. The Silkroad is a good example becuase it's rise and fall is well documented. After conducting some research you should address the following.

1. Briefly explain how the TOR network protects user's anonymity. In other words, describe how it works at a basic level.

2. Do you feel that the TOR network is a good or bad? Explain your answer.

3. What challenges does the TOR network create for Law Enforcement?

4. How can law enforcement effectively address criminal behavior that is being facilitated by the TOR network? Explain your answer. (For this question it may be helpful to conduct some external research on the Silk Road.)
