Do you agree with Haier?s decision to globalize into developed markets early on? Given their capabilities, explain the pros and cons of this approach.

Additional Requirement

This case study is a part of Corporate Strategy and it is about Haier Group. Haier Group is from China and it is an emerging electronics company. In China and some countries that it has entered, Haier has good reputation. In terms of revenue, Haier is only above Electrolux and behind Whirlpool. Haier made a strategic yet risky move during its initial international market entry and this move was really beneficial for Haier.
