Get Fitted Limited is experiencing tremendous losses and can no longer sustain its operations due to a decrease in orders for work uniforms and school uniforms. Uniforms are the organisation's primary product and 75% of the revenue is generated from this product. As the HR Manager, you have been asked to form an HR Plan specific to HR Planning activities for the Board of Directors to assist in stabilising the organisation. In your answer discuss why you have chosen specific HR Planning activities as well as provide key guidelines for the implementation of the HR Plan.
