The below are common ethic frameworks/rules with which you should use as a guide of measurement in your analysis, additional to a specific law(s) of legal measurement you have adopted.

Utilitarianism

To choose the alternative that is likely to produce the greatest overall good by assess consequences for all stakeholders in a given situation (a person's act is morally right if and only if it produces the best possible results in that specific situation).

Deontology

Rights and Duties. The morality of an action should be based on whether that action itself is right or wrong under a series of rules, rather than based on the consequences of the action, such as to follow universal principle, e.g., respect for life, fairness, ....

Virtue Ethics

Habit of Goodness. To emphasize an individual's character as the key element of ethical thinking, rather than rules about the acts themselves. Honesty, courage, compassion, generosity, fidelity, integrity, fairness, self-control, and prudence are all examples of virtues.

Ethic of Care

Gender difference in approaching an ethic decision. While most men had individualistic focus on abstract rights and justice, women tend to focus on caring and supporting human interconnectedness.
