GU Disorders Unfolding Case Discussion
Discussions will be unfolding in nature with additional components of the case presented in a stepwise manner on different days to promote continual engagement throughout the week.
A 55-year-old male who is being treated for CAD, DM, and HTN. He carefully watches his diet and exercises five times a week for an hour walking. His medication includes Toprol XL 50 mg daily, atorvastatin 20 mg daily, lisinopril 20 mg daily, metformin 500 mg twice daily and aspirin 81 mg daily. He takes his medication as prescribed without skipping or missing doses. He complains of difficulty achieving and maintaining an erection. This has been an issue for the last three and progressively worsening.
