Article Review
A review article is an article that summarizes the current state of understanding on a topic. The purpose of this task is as follows:
1. To help you understand how research is conducted and reported in the area of organizational development and change management.
2. To get you thinking critically about the literature that you read. You will be analyzing its strengths and weaknesses, its source credibility, and relevance to the topic or issues it tries to shed light on.
3. To practice applying your analytical and writing skills.
LO1: Describe the field of study in OD and its processes.
LO4: Suggest application of OD concepts and their applications in diverse background.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. You are required to search for THREE (3) peer-reviewed journal articles in the field of organizational development and change.
2. Refer to example given below to write your article review.

First, summarize the article.
- Summarize the main points the author(s) discuss(es).
- As far as possible, make it clear what the author's central argument is.
