A group of researchers is investigating jungles of Kashyyk in search of Wookies. Researchers currently believe that Wookies live in small tribes, that on average, consists of 15 Wookies. From previous studies it has also been determined that the size of Wookie tribes is normally distributed with a population standard deviation of 5 Wookies. A researcher from Tatooine believes that the size of these Wookie tribes is actually less than 15. This researcher takes a sample of 10 Wookie tribes and find on average that there are 12 Wookies in a tribe. Using the Critical Value Approach at a=0.01 , is there sufficient evidence to conclude that the average size of a Wookie tribe is actually less than 15 Wookies.
