This is a follow-up from the curriculum that we created for groups focussing on anxiety. Group Counseling: Strategies and Skills, Chapters 12 and 15

Chapter 12 outlines how you can keep momentum and progress going as your group matures into the working stage. Specific planning and assessment strategies are outlined, which will be useful as you draft the next two sections of your Group Curriculum Template this week. You will also explore common topics and leadership mistakes that often occur during the working stage of group.

Chapter 15 focuses on the ending stage of the group process. It may be helpful in learning how to consolidate and explore the group's progress as the group winds down. You may find this chapter useful as you consider the specific tasks needed to successfully end a group.
