Sajid is a biohacker who has placed microchips under his own skin, and that of some of his friends, to allow them to transmit data from their bodies to their mobile phones. Sajid is also a very controlling husband to his wife Betty. Suspecting that Betty is cheating on him, Sajid tells Betty that he would like to place a microchip under her skin so that he can track her remotely for her own safety. Betty reluctantly agrees, and Sajid performs the minor surgical procedure successfully. While observing Betty's movements through his phone, Sajid sees Betty divert from her usual journey to the supermarket and concludes that she must be having an affair. Over the next several days, Sajid encourages Betty to drink more alcohol than usual while she continues to take anti-depressant medication. One night, while woozy from the combination of alcohol and prescription drugs, Betty slips as she is walking down the stairs. She falls down the stairs, breaks her back and is hospitalised. After several unsuccessful operations, Betty is in such pain that she decides to end her own life by refusing to eat. She eventually dies.
