Choose an experience from your own lives in which you suffered a loss and the experience reflecting on the five senses as you do. How did things feel physically as you were grieving? What images do you recall? What flavors or textures or sounds do you associate with this memory? Write in as much detail as you can, about the experience of loss, what you lost, how you processed your grief, and how the grieving process may have changed or affected you.
