You are now the HR Manager of a recently organized (unionized) manufacturing facility with over 250 employees. The employees are represented by the International Technology Workers, AFL-CIO. Next week, contract (CBA) negotiations will be devoted to processes deigned to resolve employee complaints, grievances and disputes with management. Your plant manager asks you to develop an effective grievance and arbitration process which you and the plant manager will propose to the union. For this assignment, you are to design an effective grievance and arbitration process solely utilizing the information from Chapters 11 and 12.
