Currently, there is a thrust towards "greening of the supply chain". i have been asked by my organisation's board to analyse this concept, determine the impact on current operations of our focal organisation, and suggest risks and mitigation to the supply chain in general, and operations in particular, if the focal organisation aligns with the "green economy" paradigm. This will be presented to a strategic session of the board.

I need to look at all the aspects that were dealt with in this subject and utilize this case to demonstrate my understanding and ability to use the concepts in a relevant situation. My understanding and clarification of the concepts will form the basis for an assessment of my set skill in this field
