Greater good of the organization helps employees encourage each other and sets clear and consistent goals. An evident downfall, however, is that transformational leadership can be too conceptual or too big-picture. Inspiration can rapidly turn to pressure, as employees cannot always live and breathe the company values. It may also lead to a fear of repercussions if an employee finds themselves not agreeing with the company's direction.
