- Autocratic leadership (Mahathir Mohamad, 4^th and longest serving PM of Malaysia)

- Participative leadership (Najib Razak, 6^th and current PM of Malaysia)

-Please define clearly each of the leadership (105 words each) using 2-3 valid academic sources for each side.

100 words

-Please briefly describe the leaders chosen and explain the organisation involved (cabinet/government of Malaysia in both cases). Allocate around 50 words for each individual with the organisation.
