One spoonful of my grandpa's famous homemade ice cream has a mass of 9.5 g. One day I decided to combust it in a calorimeter (that's what we poor kids did to entertain ourselves), and I saw that the temperature rose from 32.0 F to 41.9 F. If it has a specific heat capacity of 1.268 kJ/(g*C), how many Calories are in one spoonful of this ice cream? (HINT: Note the capitalization of the calorie unit here.)
