Restaurant XYZ is a middle to upper class restaurant that is very famous for its good service and comfortable restaurant atmosphere. This restaurant has been around for 15 years and has 5 branches in Jabodetabek. In each branch there are 10 employees, 1 branch manager, 3 people for cooking, 5 servants and 1 person for cleaning. In 2020, restaurants experienced losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic which prevented consumers from visiting restaurants. At the beginning of 2021, the restaurant decided to reduce 70 percent of its employees, so there are only 3 people left in each branch, 2 people who cook and 1 waiter. At the end of 2021, the restaurant is not losing money and starting to make some profits. However, at the end of 2022, this restaurant experienced another loss until it threatened to close 3 branches.
