Question

I am a good graphic designer and my friend is good in management and marketing. we want to open a business to offer my services for other companies and we may hire more graphics designers in future. I am happy to have my friend with me as a shareholder. However, both of us are not willing to take legal liability. We do not want to be listed also in the share market.
