Global Assessment Talent Inc. has been a highly successful multinational corporation with tier-one innovation, a global strategy, and a business model to function globally.  The company's main product, called Talentforce, focuses on a technology platform that integrates and will enable companies to manage, access, and develop their workforce talent by integrating a personalized curriculum for employees that is completed on an application.   Their next international venture is in Australia.  As the Managing Director of a global firm based in the United States for a new product or service launch, there has been a gather of data and conducted research to support the successful launch of your product or service in one overseas market outside the United States. There will need to be an establishment of a single overseas office, complete with personnel, marketing, and financial requirements. The greatest most excellent method to understand Australia's culture is to work with a partner resource who resides in the country..
