As current and future managers, we can set goals all day everyday. However, if there is no "buy in" from our employees, we will not have any goal commitment. How do you now, or will you in the future, ensure that there is goal commitment from the employees you lead? Give specific examples of what you could do as a manager to ensure you have employee "buy in" for the goals you plan.
