Question

Inorganic phosphate labeled with P32 (radioactive) is added with glucose to a tube containing some ATP, ADP, and NAD+ and all of the glycolytic enzymes. After a short time, 1,3-bisphosphoglycerate is isolated from the mixture. On which carbon(s) would you expect to find radioactive phosphate? Will this change over time? Explain your reasoning.
