Jubail industrial city location on the Gulf's beach which makes it near energy sources and raw materials, in addition to its closeness to international sea lanes. All of these reasons lead the companies in Saudi, especially in Jubail industry city to be a part in global markets.

The availability of: raw materials; basic supplies; industrial services; customs and tax exemptions; offer suitable climate for investment. Raw materials in Jubail make it as a center for industrial groups; this resulted in making Jubail as attraction station for human resources. So this city became full of people and activities. All features of modern life prevail such as schools, education centers and libraries.

The development will be continued with technology inventions. Networks, computing, methods of education and the independence in finance and managing develop economic situation, which enhances levels of education in schools and universities that positively reflected on life's level for population, raising the productivity and the speed of development.

The limitation of investment in agricultural industry is happened due to the weakness of investment in it by Saudi Arabian investors.

In Sudair because of electricity conversion station which lead to manufacturing of drugs and medical materials. But because of (ROT) method used in operating of industrial city the investment in industry is very limited.
