Assignment:

Bersyn employs many managers from different countries who become part of the corporate HQ staff, and a group of expatriates who will be assigned to different countries. This creates a need to integrate managers from different cultures into the culture of parent company, and sensitivity adaptation to the various host country requirements. Bersyn has realized that to get the best from all employees, there was a need to recognize diversity, and diversity issues need to be addressed for effective multinational management.

Based on the above, answer the following question:

As an HRM Senior manager, how would you emphasize on global standardization and local responsiveness? Prepare FOUR (4) important aspects that you would consider to avoid failures in your manpower planning, and how can diversity be beneficial to employees in Bersyn? And propose any FOUR (4) Human Resource practices which consider diversity to determine success of Multinational Companies (MNC).
