You will choose a particular country (china) on which to focus and report about a workplace diversity issue (religion) facing businesses in a country other than the US.

Choose to analyze religion diversity in the Chinese workplace. The analysis should consider the history and culture of country, stereotypes and internalized prejudices held by and facing the population at large and the members of the workforce you are studying, the cultural and institutional pressures and biases that exist, laws that address issues of religion diversity, and what businesses are doing to address religion diversity in organizations. Your analysis should consider what it is like to be a member of the group you are studying in that country, as well as the resources available to members of that group. You also need to compare how America is different or similar to the country selected (china), and why.
