While executing the project, your Cost Performance Indicator (CPI) of 0.60, which means the project is overbudget and the team is spending more money than planned. Your Schedule Performance Indicator (SPI) is 1.20, which means the project is ahead of schedule. Do you think you should be worried because the project team is spending more than the planned budget? Should you escalate this as an issue?
