This case study reviews ExtremeNet, which is a global -commerce and web development Company, and the questions surrounding employee versus company's rights. Allen Lopez, an employee at ExtremeNet, is a middle manager and he has been successful at performing his role for seven years. During an economic fall he notice lower-level employees were being mistreated by gender and age discrimination during layoffs. He also witnessed personnel policies that treated them unfairly too.
